Any organization which Is registered and in existence for 2 years can access the form online .
Fill their score / information in the tool .
Pay the fees .
Submission of form will be allowed.
The assessment team / accreditation team will review the filled form .
Make a call to the organization if they have a query or concern or even orherwise to ensure all is ok ( have a Heath check up of organisation through conversation) .
The accreditation team Inform the NR Director the status of accreditation/ note in the form based on the score .
NR director inform the organization that they are accredited / not accredited .
A certificate can be issued.
Organisations can use NR logo in their letterhead that they are NR accredited.

The interested organisation or company expresses interest in accreditation and receives detailed information about the process. The organisation or company submits a formal application with requested documentation.
The accrediting body in NobleRank reviews the submitted documents, which may include: Legal registration certificates like society registration ,FCRA ,section 8 etc certificate Financial records and audits Governance structure and policies includes all policies,organogram,detail of board members with byelaws Reports on programs, impact, and monitoring.
The operations, governance, and financial practices are assessed to ensure compliance with the accreditation standards.
The accrediting body may conduct an on-site visit to verify the activities and operations in practice. This helps confirm their infrastructure, project implementations, and community impact.
The NobleRank reviews all findings from the documentation and on-site assessments. Feedback may be provided to the organisation for any areas that need improvement before final accreditation.
Based on the assessments, the NobleRank makes a decision.
Upon successful completion, the organisation is awarded accreditation, which typically lasts for a year. The organisation may receive a certificate or seal to demonstrate its accredited status publicly.
When the accreditation period ends, the organisation may need to reapply for accreditation by undergoing a similar process. These steps help ensure that organisation maintain transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in their operations.
